Instructions
If your bananas are very ripe then pop them in the fridge to chill for 30 mins before slicing.
Preheat your oven on its lowest setting ( usually about 80 degrees C / 176 degrees F).
Peel the bananas and using the knife cut into slices about 5mm thick.
2 whole Banana
Squeeze the juice from the lemon and brush over the slices on both sides.
1 juice Lemon
Put your silicone baking mat with the pyramid side up on your baking sheet tray ( or parchment paper if using).
Place the banana slices on the mat/paper so they are not overlapping.
Put the tray in the oven for 2 hours. Check and if not crispy, pop back in for another 1/2 hour and check again.
Once done, remove from oven and allow to cool
Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks
