Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit / 190 degrees Celsius.
Mix dry ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, stir together flour, yellow cornmeal (or blue or white), baking powder and cinnamon.
Put the bowl to one side for a minute whilst you prepare the next ingredients.
Prepare the fruit
Take the cracked corn, dried fruits and crumbled banana chips and put them in a small saucepan. Cover with water and bring it to a boil.
Lower the heat and simmer gently for 15 minutes until the fruit is softened. Drain well and put to one side.
Combine
Take the large bowl with the dry ingredients and add the three lightly beaten eggs along with their crushed shells.
Stir in your baby food, boiled corn, and fruits along with the cooked and mashed sweet potato. Mix until you have a lovely thick and slightly lumpy-looking mixture.
Pour bread mix into a lined loaf tin and bake for 35 minutes.
Test if done by inserting a clean knife. If it comes out sticky, cook for another 10 minutes and test again.
Once done. Allow to cool on a rack before cutting into small cubes and freezing for later consumption.
